The Garage is a personal training studio that offers a private setting located in Beecher, IL
Personal training sessions are $40.00 per hour. Appointments are made by contacting me at 708-334-0030.
AQUATIC PERSONAL TRAINING
(Memorial Day-Labor Day)
Aquatic personal training incorporates specialized equipment to enhance the full use of water's natural resistance and buoyancy. This popular workout offers high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that is a low impact on the joints. These sessions will work on core, balance, strength, and flexibility. Grab a cold drink and meet me at a private pool for a fun way to intensify your workout routine. Can be booked with up to three people.

POOL CLASSES

We offer aquatic exercise classes. We are willing to come to your home and have a class that you host or you can come to our pool at 12:00 PM on Tuesdays or Thursdays. We do a low-impact aerobic workout. We use water weights and pool noodles to do a workout, unlike your everyday routine.
$20 per class per person

COMMON QUESTIONS about paddle boarding
Q. Do most people fall in?
A. Often times people fall in! It is ok to get wet. We are in the water. I have never once had someone fall in that did not get back up. ROWSUP #yougotthis

Q. What should I wear?
A. Wear whatever you are comfortable working out and getting wet in.

Q. Can I do the class if I do not workout?
A. For sure! Everyone can participate. I offer several difference variations to modify the workout to fit your athletic ability.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Cancellation policy-A cancellation can be made before 24 hours. You will be given one class credit.

About Me
My name is Jori Rietveld. I am a fitness coach, personal trainer. Nine years ago I went to Hawaii. It was there that I saw an instructor doing stand up paddle board yoga. I literally swam out into the ocean to ask him if I could join in his class. I took several classes and developed a passion for paddle boarding. I came home determined to find a paddle board class in the cold, windy city of Chicago. I met an instructor at the boat show that winter. I signed up to be a part of her classes.
With my love for the sport and my group fitness instructor, and personal trainer background I decided to develop ROWSUP (Reps On Water Stand Up Paddle board). ROWSUP is focused on increasing your core strength. I want to encourage people to have fun, face their fears, and work hard. We laugh, we play, we sometimes fall IN and get wet, but guess what? It's ok, we get wet and we get back UP!
